Programs and Services
The Indoor Air Alliance (IAA) was formed to provide the public, health care professionals and community organizations with information and services that will help to improve the quality of the air we breathe every day. By reducing indoor environmental "triggers" in homes, we intend to improve the quality of life for many people.
Please call 800-772-7067 for updated information or to schedule a Healthy Home Survey.
For the Public
Healthy Home Survey
The first step to improving the air you breathe in your homes is to discover and document any indoor air problems or pollutants, and then to address any such problems. It is very difficult to solve problems you don’t know about. That why the Healthy Home Survey is a one of the best tools in helping to improve the air you breathe. Its primary goal is to identify indoor air quality problems in the home and THEN provide recommendations on how to solve those problems.
A Healthy Home Survey is conducted in the home by an Indoor Air Specialist. The Survey takes two to three hours depending on the type of Survey.

Health care professionals may become members of the Indoor Air Alliance and be listed on the IAA website and mentioned in program materials (see Members & Sponsors).

For Community Organizations
One of the primary goals of the Indoor Air Alliance is to provide low cost, subsidized Healthy Home Surveys to at-risk populations. Of special interest are the elderly, infirm, children, and those with asthma, allergies or other medical issues that may be exacerbated by indoor air pollution. Many of these at-risk populations are served by community organizations. If you are a community organization serving at-risk populations, you may become a member of IAA and receive educational materials, participation by IAA in your meetings and events, and other benefits (see Members & Sponsors).
